In an ever more competitive market, reaching your audience with a clear, on-target message has never been more important.
This workshop will help you to choose each word carefully, make your point clearly and to sell your business effectively.
You’ll think about who your target customers are and which communication channels they engage with, before creating high impact marketing messages to take away and use.
The workshop will also help you to relook at your business, and whether you’re effectively communicating what makes you unique and why customers should choose you.
As part of the workshop, trainer Marianne, will support you to write effective copy and descriptions to sell your business offer – so you’ll leave the workshop with the right copy for the right audience and a plan of how to reach them.

Effective communication with your customers and potential customers is key to the success of any business. This workshop will help you to look at your current message, and identify ways to adapt or improve, with the aim of attracting more custom.
About the Trainer
Marianne Pettifor is an experienced motivational trainer, rated as 'excellent' by delegates at a previous CTA workshop. She specialises in the customer experience, marketing, sales and customer service.
This workshop is part of the South West Wales Regional Tourism Skills programme run by the South West Wales Tourism Associations (Carmarthenshire Tourism Association, Pembrokeshire Tourism and Tourism Swansea Bay.)
Members of all three Associations can attend this workshop at a special discounted rate of £25 per person.
The cost to all others is at the still excellent value, subsidised price of £40 per person.
This includes the workshop and teas and coffees. Please note that this does not include lunch.
