Our regular Sector Meetings are a chance to join others involved in running holiday accommodation businesses (self-catering and serviced) in Carmarthenshire to chat through the needs, challenges and opportunites relating to your business sector. This informal, interactive session will be sector specific making it highly relevant to your business needs, customers and objectives.
On the agenda this time is the subject of how to deal with difficult guests. There'll be a short session on Assertiveness, led by Chris Hogarth, and an open discussion using real life examples of dealing with customer complaints and handling difficult guests. A range of issues will be covered and you'll work together to collectively answer or address these matters.
Of course there'll also the the opportunity to chat to other businesses about any sector specific questions that you may have.
If you ever think, "I wonder how other businesses do that..." then this is a chance to get answers!
Contact us to book your place by no later than Friday 15th September.
CTA's sector meetings are a key membership benefit - and are FREE for our members.
Other, non-member business representatives are welcome to attend one meeting to find out more about these sessions and the CTA.
Please note our cancellation policy - although a free event, any cancellations within 2 working days will be subject to a £5 charge to cover costs already incurred.
