Our regular Sector Meetings are a chance to join others involved in running holiday accommodation businesses (self-catering and serviced) in Carmarthenshire to chat through the needs, challenges and opportunities relating to your business sector. This informal, interactive session will be sector specific making it highly relevant to your business needs, customers and objectives.
On the agenda this time is the subject of how to deal with difficult guests and situations…
Mary Ann Nossent will lead an open discussion on dealing with customer complaints and handling difficult guests. You’ll be asked to bring along real life examples of any difficulties you’ve encountered, and you'll work together to collectively answer or address these matters. We anticipate that some topics covered may include:
We’ll also be asking you to feedback as a group about your experiences of the Summer season, what you think of the recent Discover Carmarthenshire County Council website relaunch and what affect this has had on your business, and also be taking the opportunity to tell you about some exciting plans to re-develop our own Visit Carmarthenshire website for 2018.
And of course there'll also the chance to chat to other businesses about any sector specific questions that you may have. If you ever think, "I wonder how other businesses do that..." then this is a chance to get answers!
Contact us to book your place by no later than Tuesday 26th September.
