The Carmarthenshire Tourism Summit is the largest annual tourism conference in the region – bringing together a host of suppliers, tourism businesses, inspirational guest speakers, products and business support organisations all under one roof at the Parc y Scarlets Stadium in Llanelli.
We at Carmarthenshire Tourism Association are excited to announce that this year's Summit will be held on Thursday 12th October.
We're planing some changes to the format this year to make the event even better...full details will follow very soon, but in the meantime, pop the date in your diaries to make sure that you don't miss this important day.
Exhibiting & Sponsoring Opportunities
Last year, we were at full capacity with nearly 50 exhibitors at the event. If you have a product of service to offer tourism businesses and would like to register your interest to be one of these in 2017, please contact us.
The main sponsor of the 2016 Tourism Summit was Pisys.net, with the event also kindly being supported by Parc y Scarlets, Radio Carmarthenshire, Welsh Brew Tea, Photographs Of, State of Flow and Carmarthenshire County Council. If you'd like to be part of the Summit this year and benefit from the promotional opportunities that come with this, please get in touch.

"It's very difficult to find out how our visitors find us on the internet. However, when I analyse my statistics with my hosting company, I find Visit Carmarthenshire in the top 10 of referrals. In a Google search it comes on the top page if you use key words like "Bed and Breakfast in Carmarthen". It's important to have another platform where our business can be found online and it really does work for us!"
"The one to one sessions on improving my website were really valuable. Paul Knows what's what and how I am thinking or struggling immediately! I value his input."
"We really enjoyed the Gold award winner visits. They've given us some great ideas and some real practical help. Strangely, one of the most useful things from the visits is that it's saved us a lot of time researching things that wouldn't be practical for us to try at the mill."
