With a record breaking number of nearly 600 entries and nominations received for this year's Awards (the highest we've ever received) - and with so many fantastic, high quality businesses in the mix - the judging panel faced a very challenging task of shortlisting finalists for each category.
Feedback from the judges was that the standard had been very high, and that they were delighted to see such a variety of high quality businesses across the county.
And we're delighted to announce the shortlisted businesses, who are now our award finalists!
Finalists will meet with our independent judges over the coming weeks - and the results will be announced at our glittering awards ceremony held on the evening of Wednesday 6th June at the Diplomat Hotel, Llanelli.
Full details of the Awards ceremony will be released very soon, but get the date in your diaries in the meantime! It will be a great night!

"It's very difficult to find out how our visitors find us on the internet. However, when I analyse my statistics with my hosting company, I find Visit Carmarthenshire in the top 10 of referrals. In a Google search it comes on the top page if you use key words like "Bed and Breakfast in Carmarthen". It's important to have another platform where our business can be found online and it really does work for us!"
"The one to one sessions on improving my website were really valuable. Paul Knows what's what and how I am thinking or struggling immediately! I value his input."
"We really enjoyed the Gold award winner visits. They've given us some great ideas and some real practical help. Strangely, one of the most useful things from the visits is that it's saved us a lot of time researching things that wouldn't be practical for us to try at the mill."
